Cielum, formerly known as Omnivida, stands as a technological intermediary connecting patients with healthcare providers. In Colombia, accessing health services is often marred by extensive queues, cumbersome paperwork, and intricate processes. Cielum addresses these challenges by deploying customer service agents, referred to as "angels," who assist terminal patients in bypassing queues, completing paperwork, and navigating the intricacies of the healthcare system. In terms of user experience (UX), interaction design, and research, this project proved to be exceptional. Code labs collaborated closely with Omnivida to conceptualize an app design that could be developed in-house. The primary objective was to craft an app that is not only simple and memorable but also well-organized and highly user-friendly. This was especially crucial given the user base, comprising individuals who may lack the technical proficiency to navigate diverse platforms. Furthermore, we contributed to a swift revamp of their website to align it with the newly established design language, enhancing the overall user experience.
