In conjunction with Publicis Groupe, Code Labs developed and executed this project in which users can fill out a form to find out if they’re eligible to receive a free change of the airbags of their car. But the magic really happens when users get in touch through Whatsapp +573104155201. We developed a custom chatbot that guides users through the entire process.
