As an extension of the Puntos Cencosud loyalty platform, we developed a custom chatbot to offer users an alternative way to access services through WhatsApp. This chatbot allows clients to register for the loyalty program and update their personal information directly from their phones. The goal was to provide a seamless, flexible experience by giving users the choice to interact via the website or through messaging.
